OZ Clotheslines and Letterboxes are preferred distributors of the Austral Clothes Hoist range of Australian manufactured clotheslines and letterboxes.

All Austral products are manufactured here in Australia, using Aussie labour and materials, and purpose-built to withstand our harsh climate and way of life. Our clotheslines are built with Galvabond® steel, galvanized wire, PVC cord and plastics, to Austral’s strict specifications, to ensure stability and durability. Austral clotheslines come with a 20-year structural warranty.  We also stock the Sunbreeze range of clotheslines which, are imported and comes with a 10 year structural warranty.

We understand your needs and how to satisfy them, going to great lengths to make sure you spend your hard-earned money on the best product.

We also understand your time is valuable. Even if you know the best product for your needs you will have at least one visit to a retailer. Due to space restrictions, major retailers are not able to carry every Austral product in-store. In fact, most Austral products are only available on special order. If the product you need is not in stock – which is very likely – you will need another trip to collect it.

OZ Clotheslines & Letterboxes also offer letterbox and clothesline installation service at very reasonable prices – so all you need to do is order and we will do the rest! We are happy to provide professional advice on locating your clothesline if are not sure of the best place to position your new line.

Delivery, Returns and Warranty Information

Please ensure you leave clear delivery instructions in case you are not at home.

Returns : You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the same packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Delivery Locations : We deliver to all Metro Areas on the East Coast and in South Australia. Outer-lying areas, including Far North and Regional Queensland, Regional NSW, Regional Victoria, and Regional South Australia, are partly services by our couriers however we are limited by their delivery zones. If you would like to check if we can deliver to you, prior to purchase, feel free to contact us.  When ordering clotheslines, letterboxes and spare parts from our website, you will not be told if you are out of area when you check out via the shopping cart.  If you are out of our delivery zones, our friendly team will be in touch to provide some alternatives.

Free Shipping: The free shipping policy offered on our website is for delivery to most major cities. Unfortunately, some transport company’s door-to-door services are not available in all regional areas.  Please be aware that you may have to pick up your order from the transport company’s closest depot, or incur an additional delivery charge (if the transport company’s policy extends to this service).

Shipping Times: After receiving your order, all products are generally shipped the next business day (unless otherwise stated).
